First of all, I want to say that I have used several products for my workouts and finally found something that fits my sporting and health expectations very well.
I am 64 years old and I train from Monday to Saturday. I don't do the same workouts every day. I do weight training one day and finish with 1/2 hour on the bike roller. I do calisthenics another day and finish with 1/2 hour on the bike roller. Another day I do 2-3 hours of riding a bike outside. I repeat ALL of that again

I love this product because it is great for fasting; it has the electrolytes that I need for fasting, but I also love that it contains b-vitamins and amino acids which are fast friendly and help me feel more energized and focused during my fasting! In addition to that, the real lemon flavor makes me feel very refreshing. And another plus is that it keeps my immune system strong! I recommend it to everyone!
I can definitely feel a difference. Im not crazy about the lemon flavor, but I only like real lemon. I flavor mine with a little juice.
I love this product! I take it every morning first thing when I wake up and it provides me with enough energy to get my day going without coffee. Been looking for something to kick coffee for awhile and I was already drinking lemon water so this was such an easy shift. I intermittent fast so this is perfect for me as it doesnt break my fast. Plus it has a great taste! Me and my friends make cocktails with it sometimes haha it goes well with vodka ???????? Getting all my b-vitamins is a nice cherry on top as well
Best no sugar electrolyte powder Ive tried!! I have been using it every day as my go-to energy booster. The flavor is phenomenal and I crave it first thing in the morning. Ive had problems with other electrolyte beverages when mixing in a shaker cup but B Awake has no clumping. The nutrient content is proper and delivers a clean, lasting energy boost without the crash.
